I purchased my vehicle from another dealership. When my check engine light came on, they gave me an appointment 3 weeks out. I contacted Bale Chevrolet as it's a GM dealer. I was given an appointment 2 days out. Once there, I was treated like a priority customer. Excellent customer service that will make me a return customer.

I made an appointment for Friday to have my transmission serviced. I dropped the car off on Thursday to give them plenty of time to do the job. To my surprise it was finished Thursday afternoon and I was very satisfied that they were able to get the car in and finished up in 4 hours. Thank you very much! Transmission works great now

I had a great first-time car buying experience with Graham and Desire. I highly recommend Bale Chevrolet as they made the process very easy. I have been trying to get my hands on the new Chevy trax for months, called Graham and he got me in one within a week.

Would not have problem with this place if it were not for the customer service being so terrible and disrespectful. We took our Tahoe in, we were told that it would be done the next day. So we called the next day to only be told it has not been looked at and they do not have the parts for what we think the problem is.. so we figured we may just find somewhere else to get it done faster. We call back but they’ve blocked my dad’s number, won’t pick up any of his calls. I call from my number, They pick up and the lady over the service department, Cara, is upset we want our car back and proceeds to hangs up in our face.. so we pull up to the place and she lies and says all the things she said she did not say. Honestly, if it’s a recorded line playback the recording and listen how she talks to customers please. And if you’re holding someone’s car, DO NOT HOOCK THEIR NUMBER

The worst place to buy a car I do not recommend it. Save your time and go elsewhere. I had to go 5 times and the day they had to give me the car it wasn’t not ready to take home and waited over 4 hours. They sold a car we were making a deal on and spent 4-5 hours making the process. Then sold us another vehicle but said it was no longer certified after we take it home so we didn’t wanted anymore after they first said it was certified. By the way then manager was rude raised his voice at us after he said we backed up on that deal, but it was their fault to begin with. I’m very disappointed They also changed my interest rate because they lost paper work and finally they lost a check for a a check I gave them for $2000 and again they want me to go for 6th time!!! Because they need that check again! I live 1 hour away from the dealership 2 hours back and forward and 4-5 hours each afternoon!!! BALE I give you 0 stars! And I want to file a claim

Live out of state make appointment for new rim and installation of receive at least 30 reminders of scheduled service prior to appointed service. Sat 2+ hours absolutely zero done! Knowing we are waiting on site for service due to being from another State. Then hour 3 a horrific rain/wind storm blows through LR and knocks out their power (Outside their control). Finally after over 3 hours later tell us they did nothing absolutely nothing had car over 2+ hours before the storm hit. Car purchased new in 2022 still waiting for chip also. Called them about it third attempt they act like they had no idea and ordered it but again can't tell you when will be in.

Wifi wasn't working which made the two hour wait suck. I communicated the problem a two employees and both of them never gave me an update. If I knew the wifi wasn’t working I would had said no to the two hour wait (am in school, so it was making me anxious not doing school work.) Stephan was really nice and gave me updates and explain and read over my receipt and what else my car needed.

Betty and Cara, are both wonderful employees pver at Bale Collision west here in little rock arkansas. The team there did a stellar job on repairing my vehicle back from its rear end fender bender. Betty is really going to bat even after I paid to help me with my stubborn insurance company. Definitely would suggest anyone to get their repairs by staff who care for the customer and go to bat for them when things are difficult. Couldnt be happier with the service.

I paid $95 to have my 4 tire pressure senors programmed and then the shop charged me $9.50 for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used that I needed to pay to have my sensors programmed? The guy at the counter said it’s for towels. To me this is typical just another way to milk us for more money.This is the response from Bale is below and they said it was because of the tire weights from balancing the tires. They did not mount the tires. All they did was program the new sensors that were installed weeks in the wheels when I had the tires and sensors installed weeks prior at another tire shop. This is not right to act like they took the wheels off to balance the tires.Response from the owner an hour agoWe're sorry there wasn't more clarity provided in response to your question at the time. "Shop supplies" are essentially miscellaneous items also used to complete regular repairs. In your repair, examples would be tire weights used to balancing, fluids used to lubricate balancing machines, cleaning supplies used in and around areas of work, and also towels for cleaning, etc... We're more than happy to answer any other questions or concerns so don't hesitate to reach out if needed.

It was easy. The Staff members all worked towards what I was looking for as well as my availability. They were easy to get things going over the phone so I would have limited time spent at the dealership.

In for an oil change and tire rotation but got a chance to spend time with your salesman Trey. Nice young man who was very helping in showing me new and used trucks. I’m in the market for a 2500 for better towing power than my 1500.

Horrible, horrible, horribleWe live in North Carolina, many miles away from Little Rock. A car was purchased in our name from Bale Chevrolet for 92k dollars. One of the lovely Chevy corvettes advertised. Bales website is not secure enough. We were told on the phone from the owner that "this has happened to us before". Maybe take better safety measures so future people don't have to deal with this chaos?! We worked with the Little Rock detectives to find more Information of where the car was delivered to. we found out that it was "delivered" to a North Carolina address that DOES NOT EXIST. So maybe your delivery drivers need better background searches? Or perhaps maybe look into the other fraud purchased car and see if that address exist either?. Things seem suspicious within this company!

Everything was great! I pulled up and my appointment was verified right away and was taken to start my oil change. I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before I received an email regarding the service and what was found on the multi step inspection and asked if I wanted additional services to replace a filter that was in bad shape. About 5 minutes after I responded my SUV was ready to go and in great shape!
