We were traveling through Little Rock about to head to Bowling Green for the Corvette Caravan when we discovered a screw in our tire. We couldn't be more thankful for Kevin and the entire Bale Chevrolet service depart as they went to work to get us back on the road again! We got back just in time to leave with the Caravan. Thank you Bale!!!

Poor customer service and communication among staff. Go elsewhere to buy your vehicle!!

If you're considering buying a car from Bale, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I took my car in for an oil change at 9:45 AM and ended up being stuck there for 6 hours due to poor communication.
After waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change, I asked for my keys back because I had a work meeting. Instead of returning my car, they discovered it still outside the service bay and rushed it in for the oil change. During the process, they broke the oil pan drain plug and had to go buy a new one. If they had just listened and given me my keys when I asked, I wouldn't have been stuck waiting while they fixed their mistake. It took hours of complaints before the service manager finally addressed the issue.
An oil change should never take all day, and they should have informed me of any delays upfront so I could have made other arrangements.
This isn't my first bad experience with Bale. When I bought my car in 2017, it died right after delivery due to a faulty alternator, and they refused to fix it. Their customer service hasn't improved in the last 7 years.
Avoid Bale at all costs.

Was not provided the correct information. When I presented with my car was asked to leave my car even though I had an appointment. Was told they might be able to look at it in about a week. Had no way to get home 40 miles away. Original was told a diagnostic test would be done then I could decide what I wanted done when I made the appointment.

Had to have a new engine put in my 2019 GMC Yukon Denali XL. They had my vehicle for 3 months. When I finally got it back, it went bad again a month later. A problem that should've been found when they replaced the engine. I had to pay for work that should've been covered by the platinum warranty I purchased for my vehicle.

On Monday evening, my car arrived at the dealership. I decided to check on it on Wednesday, only to discover that my credentials hadn’t been entered into the system yet. This led to a brief 20-minute search with Jake, trying to locate the car. Thinking quickly, I hopped on a cart to help expedite the search. I can’t recall the name of the individual who assisted me on the cart, but I do remember he was wearing a black uniform.
After returning to the service station, Jake promptly got me entered into the system, and my car was looked at the very next day. By that same day, the service team, along with the technician, Kiip, had my car fixed and ready to go.
I’d like to extend my thanks to the entire service staff and especially to Kiip for their excellent work and efficiency in getting my car back on the road.

Worked out a price over the phone with a salesman. My wife changed her mind on what vehicle she wanted, but I had talked to a friend about the vehicle at Bale. He wanted it and went up the same day to buy it, but was told they would not honor that price. Apparently my salesman was told just to get me in the door... and didnt have the authority to give me a sales price number... that's a really shady way to do business and I would recommend everyone to stay away and take your $70,000 elsewhere

Excellent experience! I had been searching for a truck for the last several months, not in a real hurry to buy anything. Found a used pickup I liked at Bale and was contacted by Brad Bass. Brad was friendly and helpful every step of the way. I left with the truck without having felt pressured or having dealt with the negative, annoying typical car dealership issues I have had with previous vehicles I have purchased elsewhere. Brad even called a couple weeks later to check if I was happy with the vehicle. I would refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Brad Bass at Bale Chevrolet.

Very poor customer service today. Started with super unfriendly service rep at drop off and pick up. Then when I scheduled my appointment, I was quoted one price, then at pick up I was given something 45% more! Told service rep that wasn't right, so he went to his manager. His manager told him that was a parts department problem, not his. Service rep called parts department, and they reduced the price of the specific part, but didn't make up for all of it. Then, I went to pay and was told paying with credit card is 2.5% additional charge. I 100% understand credit card fees and businesses shouldn't have to pay that, BUT TELL THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF TIME! I could have come with appropriate payment if I was told ahead of time. This is the most convenient Chevy dealer in WLR, but I will drive to Everett for future dealer needs.

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership! Made an appointment for 7/30/24 for a specific vehicle, they sold it the day prior! No heads up that they did the rep that helped me schedule everything was named “Kate” I had the plan to walk in a buy and they were aware of it so again I wouldn’t recommend this location.

My vehicle was brought in to install a new radiator. The vehicle ran worse than it did before I dropped it off. When I turned the vehicle on it was rattling and making a loud humming and rubbing noise with shaking vibrations as I pressed on the accelerator. I brought it to the attention of Dustin and wouldn't drive the vehicle off the lot. As we looked under the hood, we noticed that bolts were loose on the breather and cables were disconnected from the breather. I left it for them to reconnect the cables, tighten the bolts and investigate the noises. However, when I went to pick the vehicle up again, it was still making the same noises and rattling when I accelerated. When they released the vehicle to me the second time on Tuesday, July 23, Dustin said the noise was diagnosed as the manifold. This was onTuesday, July 23, 2024. Midday on Thursday, July 25, 2024, the truck stop pulling while I was driving it. I had a tow truck to return it to Bale on Chenal Pkwy because I had just spent over $3,000 in August 2023 to have transmission work done. They replaced the torque converter because it was leaking transmission fluid. I don't know if the mechanics drained my transmission fluid and didn't refill it this time or not. Now they are saying there is a fluid pump failure in the transmission that will cost over $7,000.00.
I don't think they diagnosed my vehicle thoroughly or correctly.

I had a 9:00 prescheduled appointment to fix my brakes. The technician and I agreed on a 1:30 pickup time. When I returned promptly at 1:30, not only was my car not ready, they had not even started on it.. I got no call about the delay. Just lots of excuses. I took my car and left They even had the nerve to ask me to reschedule
