I need to give a shout out and thank you to the store manager Goldie and an employee named Brian. Sorry, I don’t have last names. I was traveling from Mississippi to Austin, Texas in October and my air went out on my vehicle (fan stopped blowing cool air). It was 95 degrees outside and I was traveling with my family. It was miserable. I got lucky that I stopped at this particular store. Not only were the 2 employees I mentioned concerned about my situation and eager to help, but Goldie even installed the Cabin Air Filter for me while I was at the store. He went above and beyond what was expected and saved me a very hot few days, as well as a ton of money. I highly recommend this location and am glad I can publicly thank Goldie and Brian!

I enjoyed my experience here. Fast, friendly, and have high-quality tools and deals. As far as expense goes, I believe it's due to great quality products. Some that will last a lifetime and even with warranties. I always choose autozone, except for when my car broke down and I was stranded I had to use oriellies and had a negative experience where tools were rented out without assurances, Needing 150 down and only have 48 hours to return and I'm a bit disabled so returning was a bit sketchy. I didn't want to lose 200+ dollars on a damage tool. Lol. It took 3 of us to break free a ball joint due possibly to the press set as their tools were also damaged without them checking. So, in other words. I wish I had rented from autozone. I always have a fun time at autozone. When I was there yesterday, I had some gals ask me for some assistance on their car, which let her know what is wrong, and saved them money and time. I purchased items with my mechanic gift card and used 20 credit. Tools worked phenomenal for what they just had to go through lol. I have so many things I can say about autozone.

My experience was horrible gas was wasted to bring my battery in for a charge and they forgot to charge it. Like what do you even have workers for?
