I was in the store on Rodney Parham in Little Rock, AR Sunday afternoon 5/26/24 after church and a young lady who was the manager (her first name is Rachael) helped me locate touch-up paint for an older 2008 Lexus I had just bought. It was not carried by AutoZone but I was so “impressed” with the customer service that I received that I wanted someone in management to be aware of the “fine” employee you have working for your organization. Thank you so much for taking the “time and effort” to find and hire employees of this caliber like Rachael.

My headlight was burned out and I went to the Auto Zone on Rodney Parham near my house. James, Saphronia, and Arlin were so helpful. They installed new bulbs and sent me on my way into that dark night! Thanks so much, Guys!

Great experience! Very friendly! I had a part break that they didn’t have in the store and everyone there worked tirelessly to get that part from another Autozone across town to their location quickly so I could get back on the road.

Had to have my battery replaced today and was helped by an older white man whose name I wish I could have gotten. I’m young and don’t know much about my car but he went out of his way to make sure I got the right battery, and even showed me exactly how to replace it and why you do what you do. He was extremely helpful and extremely nice, I will for sure be asking if he’s in the Next time I go.
