“The overall service for this location was excellent!! I had a terrible coffee disaster in my truck. The guy working in customer service was a great help. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was bothersome. They were able to fit my truck in the same day. When I received it back, I was surprised to find it looking brand new. The service tech Kendrick was very polite and did an excellent job in my truck. I will definitely be visiting again!”

“Marcus arrived on time and spent approximately 6 hours detailing our car. We have had several different companies detail our car in the past and Marcus is absolutely the best. He is truly an artist when it comes to detailing cars. From the engine, to the wheels, to the interior and exterior, everything looks superb! He also provided paint correction and it looked perfect as well. The car is 11 years old and it looks brand new inside and out. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“CARSTAR is AWESOME! They replaced my bumper for me on my Dodge Charger R/T Max and did a PHENOMENAL job! Not only that, my car doesn't get driven that much so it just sits in my driveway. So when I brought it in to CARSTAR to say it was DIRTY would be an understatement. But when I picked up my car, CARSTAR had washed my entire car for me and had her looking so good! Now, I'm not sure if this is customary for body repair shops to clean the entire vehicle before replacing a part, but I can tell you that I am soooooo appreciative because this shop definitely does. I would definitely use them again. If you want your vehicle well taken care of, CARSTAR is the place to go!”

However, on Monday, 9/21/2021 when I used the service, some type of oily substance was in the equipment and the entire right side of my vehicle is oily and my windows are horrific.
