Great price and even better drivers. The process was quick, easy and I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes before they were here. Other places told me over 3 hours and had worse prices. Asher took care of me when I was having a bad time. I regret not being able to get my driver's name, I think it was Don? Amazing person, amazing service, 10/10

Asher tow was contacted at 930pm for me by the life 360 dispatcher. I received a call from Asher confirming my location and to let me know he was on the way. Very professional and quick! He was loading my car at 10:06pm.

Asher wrecker is great! Last night my car broke down on the side of the interstate in Little Rock due to a recall and this was the only towing service willing to take my car to the dealership in Arkadelphia. Justin was a great guy! He let me ride with him!

Asher Wrecker was contracted to take a fuel tank on a landoll for us to Louisiana paying round trip money. 4100 dollars to service the deal. Driver gets onsite and gets combative with the customer and then has the tank flipped off his trailer and damages the unit because he did not travel with the agreed equipment. After that we are told Asher Wrecker decided to outsource to another tow company without our knowledge and will not give their insurance information nor there own for the damn that is $2850 to fix the equipment. Extremely unprofessional and will be looking at going to court over this matter to make the customer whole.

I blew a tire yesterday. Give called them for me. I was told 45 min. I decided to call to check if the tow truck was close. ETA was 3:21 95 degrees, no water. My cup had been empty over an hour. I was told by dispatcher another 45 min to hour, he had not been sent. He was busy with wrecks, police and state trooper calls. I repeated his words. He said yes. OK. I called my insurance company, send somebody else. They were shocked. They sent East End Tow 1 hour ETA. LESS THAN 1 HOUR. COLD BOTTLE OF WATER, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND NOW MY TOW OF CHOICE! This was horrible service. The dispatcher was rude and non-shulant!

Don't bother calling them. After 2 hours my work order for my road side assistance was completeted......lol with me still on the side of the free way.

Driver called me and after given exact location, they left vehicle overnight, saying they couldn’t find it but notified my insurance the call was completed. No phone call to inform me or anything. Insurance recommended them but I DON’T.

Ken arrived promptly and even gave my family a ride to the nearby Holiday Inn. When the business he towed my car to didn’t have a proper key drop he called me back and offered to come bring the key by the hotel. Rare good customer service these days and much appreciated from a family with a flat traveling cross country. Promote or pay raise in order!
