The customer service over the phone is awful. It's always something with Arvest. If you have fraudulent charges, they won't touch it until AFTER the money comes out. Any other banks stops it immediately. Not Arvest. They wait until you're drained of every penny first.
Also, don't get obline to apply for a loan thru your business. Accordign to their rep, it won't let you link your bank acct at the end (to submit) because you have 2 people on the account. What?! Makes no sense at all. But whatever.
We will be pulling every account soon. And trust me, it can't be soon enough.

Yesterday I had a situation that required immediate attention. I contacted customer service and they were of no help. I then went to the Chenal branch. Vanessa Keener, the Assistant Manager, helped me out and solved my issue. She was very professional, patient and kind. She handled it quickly and efficiently. My wife and I have been Arvest customers for years. We more frequently use the Chenal branch and the team there is friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. What has really caught my attention is each time I use the drive-through and am leaving, Bianca says, “Thank you Mr. Larmoyeux.” My last name is difficult, and I never begrudge anyone anywhere for either skipping the attempt, or not saying it correctly. But way back, Bianca asked me how to say it, and ever since, she nails it every time, including today. Many people and places of business don’t take the time to even acknowledge customers by name, especially a brutal last name like mine. Bianca- you’re the best. Good work, team!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Vanessa at the Chenal branch. I was in yesterday to close and account and she was so kind and professional. I was told I’d be given a call today to confirm the he closure of my account and she DID. In a world where work ethic and kindness have gone out the window, she was a breath of fresh air ?

So unprofessional bank to cash your check don't open account here they made us set at the window then a few minutes into us seating at the window tell us that they r closed. This bank gets a negative star if I could do it.

Very unprofessional service didn't want to help acted like didn't even care and just left us sitting at the window until after closing time so they didn't have to do their jobs couldn't have had a worse experience than that would never give this bank any more than one star thank you arvest for your unprofessionalism

Sylvia was so nice and helpful. She helped me get exactly what I needed efficiently, but also just was relatable! Only reason for taking a star off is because an older man was rude, impatient, and acted miserable. but sylvia was GREAT!

Slowly but surely they have stripped customer service from the majority of their locations. Makes it very difficult for small businesses. I've got to go through the long slow process of switching banks. Managers care. I know it's a business decision.

I opened up an account here a year ago, and it was awesome. Very cool location, nice employees. But now ever since you got rid of deposit slips my banking experience here has been a nightmare. Bring back the deposit slips please
