By far the best customer service ..I own a business and it so hard to find the right people this days and I hate people write such negative reviews..I give credit to the management team for finding such a fantastic staffI'm going to miss Amy who has moved up as she deserves to climb up to management

Don’t waste your time coming to this branch. They’re all completely incompetent and have zero knowledge. Not to mention, unnecessarily rude to their customers. Each person in the lobby was visibly frustrated.

putting a hold on a check for a business that makes 10 times that amount in a month because I don't usually take checks?? putting payroll in jeopardy . last straw. DO NOT CALL me to check on what the problem was.

Very poor customer service. Yesterday afternoon, I went to the ATM and my card got stuck in the ATM. In the middle of my transaction, it switched to a load screen that said "Please Wait" and just got stuck that way. So I told one of the bank workers and she said, "You'll have to come inside and we'll have to print you a new card." And I said, "So there's no way to get my card back from the machine?" And she said, "No." So I went inside and told her again what happened and I said, "I'm worried that when it gets done loading or whatever it's doing, it's going to spit my card back out and somebody is going to grab it." And she said, "No, it won't spit your card back out because if you leave the card for too long and the machine sucks it back in, it automatically shreds it." And I told her, "But that's not what happened. I was still in the middle of my transaction and it went to like a load screen saying 'please wait'." And she just repeated, "Your card won't come back out." How do you know that??? How do you know after it gets done loading, it's not going to spit it back out??? Then another lady was the one actually printing me my new card. And I said to her, "Will you please bring up my account and deactivate the card that is stuck in the machine, just in case it comes back out after it gets done loading, so if somebody grabs it they can't use it." And she also just kept saying, "You're card won't come back out." That's not what I asked! I just want you to deactivate the card! So irritating. That acted like they didn't even care or want to help me.

Such a shame. People seem lovely but someone doesnt know how to operate a flag pole. The state flag is flying at half mast for no reason and the national flag isn't raised to the top and the flag is being dragged across the top of the building!
