This is the bank location I mostly used and had great customer service and had no issues at all. However, I experienced the worst drive thru customer service with attitude who kept cuttin me off and had no idea what the heck she was doing talking about things weren’t adding up. She was rolling her eyes at me. I was so upset, i told her to give me everything back and went inside. When I went inside, I noticed the manager and the employees weren’t the people I was familiar with. I asked for the manager, but the manager didnt even come forward. The same teller came forward not apologizing for bad customer service or misunderstanding, she was still with an attitude saying “Do you wanna deposit or not?”. I felt as if she was being so racist talking so rudely. Moreover, I saw the manager lady in the back slightly hiding laughing at this situation. The worst part is, I recalculated everything when I came home just to make sure and everything was correct. I dont even know where the numbers that teller wrote came from. Seriously….. I wouldn’t even give one star for this place. I never felt angry at a bank before until today.

This is a great bank to do service with their NSF fee charges are only $17.00 compared to most banks which NSF fees are $35.00 ?

I've been banking with Arvest for some years now after banking with the Arkansas Federal Credit Union and I must say Arvest stand behind their customers. I had a discrepancy with my account and the lady that helped me her name is Vicky, she was very helpful, knowledgeable & compassionate to my situation so shout out to her?. The problem was corrected & I'm very satisfied.

Horrible customer service. There should be no reason to call and ask for a supervisor only to be hung up in 2x then call back a 3 rd time only to be told you have to very a pin sent via text before I can transfer you to a supervisor. After a fourth call I was finally able to speak to a manager. Four calls? That ridiculous

Went to make a large deposit for my moms funeral exspensives, and was told because of fraud going around I wasn’t able to deposit my cashiers check my grandmother sent for me ,never was told why and the manager racially profiled me and my husband and would not take our money ! Was very rude ! I will not be back at this location! And they will be hearing from my attorney !

I do not like this Arvest Bank! If I could rate it a zero, I certainly would! This has to be worst bank location ever, and I will not be visiting it again! Not only is the front parking lot disgusting, but the bank teller's attitude towards me today was just as disgusting. I wish I would have gotten her name, because she does not need to be up front. In fact, she shouldn't be there at all! She made me feel like I was a dirty peasant, begging to deposit my money at "her" bank. She acted as if I was trying to steal from myself. If this is how your tellers treat people, you're going to lose customers. As soon as I possibly can, I'm moving every single one of my accounts. There are other banks that have better customer service than this branch!

i stop by to get a $40 change order with $50 the black girl working the window sent the change order i got $40 in coins like i asked for but not the $10 change form $50 had to argue with her in order to get my $10 back. I asked for a supervisor and told her what happened also. Banks should employee honest people. WARNING THAT GIRL IS TRYING TO TRICK PEOPLE .

My husband needed to open a new account since his old one kept getting hacked. We came in and the lobby gave a relaxed feeling while waiting for a Branch Managaer to become available. It was clean and everyone was nice. We worked with Bekkah and she was sweet, took care of us, and answered all of our questions. I personally don't bank with Arvest but I might convert.
