I am so glad I drove all the way to this location because they have it listed the drive through is open until six, and at 15 'til they were GUESS WHAT? UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR BE OPEN BUT STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S GAS AND TIME! YOU are a bank and should be more professional than the lousy places all around that just close whenever they feel like it these days. YOU RUINED MY DAY!

Super slow window service from teller Alondria. From her playing in the other tellers hair, to laughing talking, seemed like everything was getting done except my account. No way should it take 10+ minutes to withdraw when I'm the only one in line. Would not recommend

So today was the as they say the icing on the cake. Arvest Bank two years ago got away with doing me so dirty, and the story will end with how horrhorrible they did me today. Best best bestest customer service ever in the world. I visit them every morning and I’m always greeted with a good morning and a big ole smile haha. Absolutely best arvest bank around. They get me handled quick and precise and are always up to date with the current promotions. Kierstyn, Mason, Gabe are always ready to tackle my business down instantly without hesitation even when I’ve got a lot of change for them. Give these guys and gals a visit and I’m sure you’ll want to make a change of banks.

I returned unused foreign currency yesterday to Arvest and it's still not been returned to my account. I called this morning and they're saying it takes 5 days. Bank of American returns your money immediately, plus they have better exchange rates. I have moved most of my money to other banks because of higher interest rates. With this latest wrinkle, I've finally had enough of Arvest. Time to change.

**** update.****did receive a call and an apology . Doesn't take care of loan but it does show they will try to make things right as long as you make sure to give them feedback when things go wrong.
