Did a tour here, Terrible. I was provided a key to a dirty show room during my tour, when I reconfirmed with the leasing agent all she could advise was the floor plans are the same. I did not return. 0/10

Never had a problem at the complex itself. It’s ALWAYS THE MANAGEMENT! I lived here for 6 years in 2 different units and just recently moved out. The communication or lack there of is insane. On top of the incompetence in the office. I am being charged for blinds that was messed up when I moved in! Even though I filled out the form stating such. Although I didn’t give a 30 days notice due to an emergency I still have to pay rent for the entire month that I DO NOT LIVE THERE! And all of a sudden I have a $550 charge for carpet! Mind you I was offered new appliances or new carpet when I moved into the second unit and neither was ever done! Needless to say those charges will be disputed. And I’m sure no one in the office has the forms stating any of this information. And never mind calling case! I’ve left messages and never received a call back although the vmail says give them 3 business days. As soon as I moved I’m all of a sudden receiving emails and calls from the main office. Nice complex but the staff is a disaster

DO NOT MOVE HERE! ...they do not fix anything. If your apartment leaks, it will always leak and be filled with mold. I have photo/video evidence of this going back a year and these people do not care about you or your family. They threaten residents for dumping trash when they fail to provide enough dumpster space, and the complex is disgusting. They have the HVAC condensate lines draining above your showers right over your and your children's heads. Full of bacteria and a solid code violation. The gates are always messed up and the lighting is always out. I will repost this if removed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

We love living here!! We’ve had a few maintenance issues here and there, and management has always been extremely responsive in getting everything fixed. We’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for someone to come by to fix whatever is going on, and usually it’s faster than that. Shawna, the property manager, is amazing, and she’s always greeted me by name when she sees me. The floor plans are great with plenty of room, and the facilities are kept up to date and clean. We love it here!
