THIEVES These people are thieves AND liars. On my first months rent my deductible hadn’t yet been met so I would have to pay part of it the first month until my deductible was met so I signed that they could bill my card. Months later I find they have been billing the exact same as the first month. Take your business to a more honest and deserving business RUN away from this place.

THIS COMPANY LIED TO MY HUSBAND AND TRICKED HIM INTO SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY CHARGES TO BE TAKEN OUT OF HIS CHECKING ACCOUNT. HE WAS TOLD IT WAS A ONE TIME FEE FOR HIS MEDICARE DEDUCTABLE. THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING NEARLY $100/MONTH FROM MY HUSBAND FOR MONTHS AND HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. WHEN HE FINALLY DISCOVERED IT AND CALLED THEM THEY REPEATEDLY LIED TO HIM AND NOW REFUSE TO STOP DEDUCTING THE MONEY FROM HIS ACCOUNT. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE LYING THIEVES!!!! WE'VE LOST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE AND REFUSE TO EVEN STOP STEALING IT LET ALONE GIVE IT BACK!!!

I have been very pleased with my service and interaction with Airways Medical. They have been especially helpful during the recent recall of my CPAP machine. Theresa, at the front desk, is particularly friendly, helpful, and responsive to my calls.

I highly recommend Airways Medical Little Rock for your respiratory equipment needs. The people there are friendly, efficient and professional. Robin, RT, who worked with me to explain my equipment and helped me set it up was awesome. She took time to explain how to use it, shared tips for adjusting to it and has responded to my questions rapidly. A great place.

Airways Medical got me set up with my new CPAP two days after my doctor referred me. When I arrived, all of the staff was very friendly and professional, and I did not have to wait to be seen for my appointment. Robin was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know to begin using the CPAP and provided all of the info I needed regarding cleaning and ordering new supplies. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a CPAP or supplies.

Robin is amazing!! She was so sweet and explained every detail regarding the CPAP machine in my kind of language. Robin allowed me to work hands on in front of her so I could get used to it. She even called me the next day to check on me...she is the best!

I just got off the phone with teresa I have been without a cpap for over two weeks my Machine, was one of many that had a recall. It’s started smoking and burnt out I was just told I have to wait for Phillips to fix the Machines that were recalled that does not many any sense at all and she also told me I can’t switch providers because I have an account with them and then hung up in my face I haven’t used airways miracle in six years why can’t I switch. I will inform my doctor ps. They never notify me about the recall I found out by calling them

Had an appointment yesterday to set up my husbands APAP machine. Robin was incredible and spent a lot of time explaining everything to my husband about the machine and giving him detailed explanations on how to do everything. She went above and beyond to help my husband be fitted properly with the right size mask. He now has everything he needs to be successful in using his APAP machine. Robin also called the next morning to see how his night had gone; she was truly a blessing! All of the staff were courteous and friendly and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend Airways medical for your Respiratory needs.

I was not wanting to have to go on a CPAP machine so when my sleep study revealed that I needed one I wasn’t too happy. The day I went to get fitted for one Cathy Garth was the person that instructed me on how to use it. After we were in the training a bit, I told her I had been in a bad mood all day because I was having to get this CPAP machine. Cathy encouraged me that the machine was going to make me feel so much better and that it wasn’t as bad as I had built up in my mind. She was excellent at explaining everything on how the machine worked and with fitting my mask. By the time the session was over I felt like I had made a friend. We were laughing and I felt educated on the machine. I was able to sleep over 8 hours on the machine the first night. I can’t say enough about how much better I felt because of Cathy. Thank you so much!

I had an emergency with a critical piece of medical equipment dying on me and I couldn't get my current DME to even answer the phone. Scary situation and Airways / Total Respiratory jumped in and saved the day. The customer service is amazing and they are experts in respiratory products and patient care. I do not know what I would've done without their help. I am so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with respiratory equipment and supplies.
