  Got a bumper scratch. Not a lot of damage but, high end car, so expected a pricy fix. Took it to the dealership. Seriously, the car is fixed and two months later I’m still waiting on the estimate from the dealerships body shop. I went to the “big” body shop in town and quoted over $7000 with a three month wait.Took it to Advanced on a friends recommendation and they got it in and done on time (in a week) and at quoted price of $1300. Less than 1/5th of the previous quote. Looks perfect.Family business. They are super friendly and do great work. A car is a big investment and you don’t want to give it to just anyone. You can’t go wrong here.Services: Painting

  Small operation, but good people. A little slow, but the part my car needed was pretty rare I guess. They did very good work at a fair price; I'll definitely be back. This shop is certainly not closed. Yelp should fix that

  Had a terrible experience with his body shop. They painted our Lexus and did sub par work. Mismatched paint, sanded the doors and never polished where they sanded, they left cutting compound all in the seams and the trim did not clean up after themselves and did not re-install the badge on the car. Trying to get in touch with them to get their work finished up has been a nightmare. They don’t answer their phones And they don’t make any effort to resolve the problems they have created. If you go in person to let them know it’s clear they are unorganized and unprofessional.

  I went there to asked about work that needs to be done on my car, Brett the owner was fantastic! Very friendly made me feel comfortable. He told me to bring it back the first of the year he was a little booked up. I certainly will call after all the holidays to get it in.

  We are getting our car repainted after a hit and run. We will further review once it's completed but the service so far has been top notch.

  I had had an old 97 thunderbird that got hit by a tree branch right on the roof and smashed the sunroof and part of the roof. Everyone else said it needs a whole new roof. But needless to say advance paint and body fixed it. Go there!

  My experience with Advanced Paint & Body Inc and the owner Brett Bristow were terrible! I am including his full name and shop name a lot on this review so that this review comes up when people google it. I talked to the guy (Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc) on the phone (ironic, you'll see) and he said tow the car to the shop and we'll figure it out. Brought the car told him I can pay however, not doing insurance because I only had liability and it was a single car accident. Asked Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc what parts he needed me to order, how much it was going to cost, and when he thought it would be done (wasn't pushy about it, just wanted to figure out how long it would take). Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc said he would pull it into the shop next week and take a look because he was currently swamped. I remember that excuse because Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc said it all the time. Came back the next week and Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc gave the same response. So I come back the next week and Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc obviously did not take a look at the car and said get hood hinges and a radiator supporter. Looking back I should have taken the car away from Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc that day. But I didn't (young, d**** inexperienced, sacred/poor college kid). So I ordered those parts and brought them to Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc. Came back the next week for an update and to see if he needed any other parts. Now it is important to note that he had yet to give me a price figure. He said no and his usual response of being busy and he would get to it soon. So I wait another 2 weeks or so and nothing. not at the shop and I can't reach him. So I leave a voice message. This is what it was like for 2 months straight (again I was d*** and inexperienced). Same song and dance with Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc until I meet this woman looking for Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc. I ask her if she has been having issues with him as well. She said she had and couldn't get a hold of him. Come back another time and I meet this guy. He said he was looking for Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc. He said yes and I asked him if he was married to the lady I had previously met and he said yes. Apparently they had arranged a deal with this Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc to fix their daughters car. They had received a phone call while on vacation that the car was almost ready. They then instructed their daughter to go and delivery the money. She did as she was told. Now the guy has their money and car and is AWOL. They had been trying to reach the guy for 1 month straight. He had their car for 2 months at that point. So at least I knew he wasn't only screwing me over.So this is where I swallow my pride and tell you all how stupid I really am. Brett Bristow at Advanced Paint & Body Inc had my car for 8 months! did no work and actually dented the fender on the passenger side, and scratched the entire length of the car on the other side. During those 8 months he was extremely hard to get a hold of (called constantly with no response, showed up on every week day that I could), never came out with a price, didn't even look at my car (I am assuming), and damaged my car more. My car had been sitting in his back yard for 8 months. Obviously this would cause even more issues. I finally grew a pair and got my car back. I took it to J H Body shop and they did everything! Also at a very nice price. I am not trying to plug them, but I am extremely grateful for them. The elderly black gentleman took care of everything, start to finish.
