I was very dissatisfied with the service I received, I waited over 2 hours for a tow truck driver that seemed very inexperienced. Once we arrived to my house I asked him to back in so the car could roll off the truck into my garage, what I got was he backed in but not up to the garage let the car off in the middle of my driveway and when I asked was he going to assist me in getting the car in the garage he stated no he couldn’t do that. It took him 20 minutes to unhook the car and when I asked was something wrong he stated no he thought something was wrong with his truck but it was just him. I call the office to ask if it was customary from the driver to just leave a car in the middle of a driveway he was very rude, told me for my over 2 hour wait I should have called sooner. I would never use this company again or refer anyone.

Robert had hands down the best service I’ve ever come across. Very punctual and polite went above and beyond what you could ask for. 10/10. If you ever need a tow Action Wrecker is the place to go.

The guy (and his partner)who picked up and delivered our vehicle took a lot of care in now he handled the car. Due to not being able to put the benz in neutral, he took time to ensure he pulled it up on the bed as smoothly as possible. When he worked to release it upon delivery, he truly showed his skills, knowledge and expertise as he calculated placing the vehicle perfectly in the spot we needed it to go, again very smoothly. I can't remember his name, but I think it was Robert?

ROBERT IS THE BEST WRECKER EVER WHEN THEY TOLD ME 300 HE SAID HE CAN GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT COME OUT BECAUSE OF WEATHER HE STILL MADE IT HAPPEN AND I WILL CALL HIM DIRECTLY NOW THESE OTHER LITTLE ROCK WRECKERS HAVE NOTHING ON HIM THANKS AGAIN ROBERT ‼️‼️

I called to ask them to gather my items from the glove box so I could come out and pick them up. She assured me she would tell them right away. I arrived the next day to find they had not done so. All the stuff was gone.

My car broke down at a grocery store so I didn't want to leave it in the lot overnight. My roadside assistance sent out a bid request for the tow and Action was supposed to come pick up my car by 10 o'clock that night. When I called to see where they were I was told they never accepted the nightly pick up. Told me my roadside assistance was to blame for the 2 texts updating me on their estimated time of pickup. When he said he would try to get someone to pick it up in 90 minutes (1a.m.) and call me back. Instead he cancelled the bid to even pick up my car the next morning. Don't say your open 24 hrs. if you wont come pick up cars at night.

To start off, Kirsten the dispatcher assisted us right way with a correct ETA for the tow. Chris was a welcomed sight after a long day of being on the phone with insurance and stranded in the middle of nowhere. Once insurance was handled on our part, the service was fast and great. Chris went above and beyond and really helped my husband and I out. Very grateful and would 10/10 recommend!Service: Car towing
