They are the best in town. This is the second time I did business with them and I am pretty picky when it comes to details. They have delivered on time, price was right and they have taken care of my follow up requests to fix certain things. Five stars, well deserved. I had car trouble on I-30 and pulled into the ACE parking lot with a steaming engine. A couple of employees came out and asked if they could help. They were mechanics and got me back on the road, and they could not have been nicer. So I can't speak to the company's products, but I was very impressed by the character of the people that work there!

Horrible service. We have had nothing but non-stop issues with our sign that we paid near $100,000 for and the company seems to have no decent tech support or desire to help. When we call in with an issue we are just sent to a voicemail box that no one ever responses to and when we email we never get a response back. The only way we have ever been able to get support is blowing up their phones till they get tired of us. We had plans to put up multiple signs across all our locations, but will choose a different company for our other locations.

For all those who are so happy with this company good luck,but for me in Raleigh NC,it’s the worst company to deal with.They got paid in full,and of course this made them happy,but when it came to complete the work,this of course took more than 9 months,and I think Covid -19 only affected them and not the rest of the country.It took me phone call after phone call to get a response from them,but one excuse after another and at the end of the day, they were paid in full.Very bad experience and not worth dealing with them.

I normally don't do google reviews, but I had such a good experience I had to come on here and thank you and share with new buyers! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! From the quoting process, to the install, and follow up everything was done so professionally. I really want to brag on our project manager, I believer her name is Katie, she went above and beyond to accommodate us through the entire install process. Her crew showed up on time and they kept the job site clean. Anytime I had a question she would get back with me the same business day which is something I look for in customer service. All around great experience and highly recommend!
