I visited this location the other day because I was interested in getting a small unit. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I do decide to get a unit I will go back because it seems clean and secure.

I’m so happy to finally be out of this storage!!! I been leasing here since about 2021 and it has not been an easy experience. One of the storage units smelled like mildew so I had to move. By the time I ended my lease my unit went from $160ish to almost $200.00!!!! They couldn’t give an answer for it other than prices all around have gone up which should not have anything to do with my storage. Nothing changed on my unit so price shouldn’t change. I came back from out of state and move everything because I was determined NOT to pay here again. The unit I had was fairly decent but after being gone for a month i came back and it smelled like mildew/mold the entire building. These people are money hungry, the charging policy makes no sense (but a way to get more money). After all you lay you don’t ha e access to garbage unless you pay for it. I’m so happy to finally be OUT!!!
The only positive I have is that the storage is located in an area full of other stores nearby. So happy I found a better storage that have customer service up until 9:00pm even on holidays, and very efficient. My only regret is that I didn’t move sooner.

Lindey, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I needed assistance. The snapbox LR location is well kept and clean. I suggest reaching out if you need storage.
