This place is joke. Do not load here if you have a choice, they are rude over the CB and you’ll sit there 24 hours easy. Honestly they need new management, because it’s way better 3M elsewhere.

3M has dedicated workers and they interact as a family. Work is hard and the entire plant needs updated. Management is a JOKE and needs to be replaced before they get the entire company shut down for good. Management has no clue of how to run the business which causes workers to be over worked sometimes 7days a week 12hrs shifts. Sad place to be if you have a family.

Sat for close to 16 hours because they had to make color i was loading. Loader over loaded my drive by 2500 lbs, because I wasn't over 80000 lbs could not dump excess off,made it to Oklahoma and had a blowout. Do your loaders not know how to operate the equipment. It seams every time they do that. Tell them 12 tons in front hopper and 13 1/2 tons in back, but they always get it backwards.

This place is utterly worthless! The employees are lazy lazy and rude. If your loading granules, pack a lunch cause this place is slow slow. They will over load you. Surprised 3M Company doesn't fix this place cause the other facilities are top notch.

Go all the way down the hill the make a left then a quick right go all the way down till you see a scale house, park and walk inside the scale house.. talk to dispact on the CB. Your welcome

Horrible place to work they literally have wheelbarrows and so much dust will get in your system I caught pneumonia working there in my whole left lung
