Had a flat to repair. I was promised that it would be done first thing yesterday morning because they were too busy on Thursday. It was "repaired" around noon. They had my number but called my wife while she was at work and she couldn't answer. They never called me about My car being ready. Waited at the office until 2:30pm by the sign saying they were open. Car was there and ready, repair was to be free. No one told me so I got to enjoy the freezing temperatures for a couple hours. They showed up finally to say they'd closed early. Tire pressure was still super low and they said I just had to drive it to recalibrate. Didn't make it to Harps without pressure dropping fast and did make it to Harps to inflate it on my dime. Made it home, it's flat to the ground this morning. Metal jack, chronic migraines, and it's still well below freezing. Today I was going to enjoy my sister's baby shower. Will drive to Fayetteville to actually get this repaired instead. Needless to say I'll not be coming back. They know customers don't have a lot of choices in Lincoln and treated me accordingly. Looks like I'm taking my business to literally anywhere else.
