I refuse to bad mouth them because it was a good price for 3 adults, a child and a dog. The owner was pretty laid back. It was pleasant, but can use some renovations. He needs a really good cleaning crew.

Nice sized rooms and beds are very comfortable and nice tv and Mr. Thomas served us with a smile every time! Needs an update on bathroom and water isn't really hot for a bath or shower! Wasn't bad for the price though!
