They go out of their way to make it as hard on their customers as possible so they can get more money out of you. It’s a good thing for them that people don’t have a choice in who they get their water from because I guarantee they would not have any customers. They have the rudest employees I have ever met!!!!!!!

They shut your water off with no warning. They charge you $100 fee to turn the water back on and they won't even turn the water back on the same day they take your $100. Water is extremely expensive. $150 a month?! Family of 5. When I lived in California water was only $70 month. Apparently there are 4 board members that decide these terms. They meet once a month to decide these crack pot ideas/fees. I will see y'all there! This injustice needs to stop now.

Awful company! The month before I moved I was charged $38 the following month I only physically lived in the home for about 8 days and they charged me $100.26 worth of charges!! Conveniently my deposit was $100 so I didn’t get a dime back! They are thieves! Couple other times through the year they would rack up a pretty high bill of $90-100 just out of the blue when normally it was $40-50 they have no one to hold them accountable so they do what they want taking money from folks

These people are absolutely terrible. Absolute worse service I've ever received from a utility company. If you got a well, just stick to that. Not worth the headache.

I would give them zero stars if it would let me. I don't even get water from them but grandma does and they seemed to enjoy making paying the water bill as difficult as possible. I mean they really enjoyed that.

My experience with this water company has always been awful..and today was no different..the scale 1 - 10, ...they get a negative #...water is crazy high...just water..no trash nor sewage

I'm giving two stars instead of one because at least one of the ladies who works the phone and windows is helpful and friendly. Other than that, I haven't had great experiences here. The online system is archaic, and once you set it up you cannot make any changes. All I wanted to do was receive my bill in the mail again. I would prefer to pay it online, but they charge a $3 convenience fee every single month if you pay online or on the phone. $3 may not be all that much but by today's standards that fee also seems archaic and punitive.
