“All I can say is if you want good honest people and good honest service then look no further. Jonesboro Alignment is the place. They did a minor repair that we weren’t sure was going to fix it and when we went to pick our vehicle up they told us to take it for the weekend and then if that didn’t fix it there was no charge. Didn’t even try to get us to bring it back to them to do the actual repair that needed to be done. We took it back and not only did they work us in they had it done by the end of day. They are always super busy but that’s because everyone keeps coming back with that understanding be read to drop off or be ready to wait hours that is the only down side. There waiting room is large and comfortable with tables with power slots for laptops and USB charging ports. Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and professional.”
