We had appointment to have my car have a full detail. When we got there we were told that the person who was to do this was running late. Told me that it would be done in 4 hours. We went by at 11:00 my car hasn't been moved. We got a call that it was done at 4:30. Now the person wasn't there when went in to pick it up.
They didn't even do a full detail. The back seat wasn't even clean, between the seats still had dirt. The windows were so spotted.
They did a half job on my car. I won't be take my car there again. They took off $50.00
because of the job took so long. But they should have done the job we paid them to do.
Other people may still like and go to them.
I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Hidden Gem. Never had a better clean for my car. May not be one of the flashiest washes around, but the full detail package with the added free Nitro Wash made my kid zone of a car feel like new again. They got stains out that i believed would last till the end of my poor cars existence. And it looks brand new from the outside! Love the tire shine!!!

This car wash almost destroyed my car. The pressure ripped off a whole tail light assembly and damaged other parts. Unless I have a mud truck, I’m never going back to this place.

I have given this place three tries now. Each time I purchased the best wash they had to offer. $18. Each time I asked them to get the bugs off the front of my car and tip them $5. Every time they say they will and every time I leave with the front of my car full of bugs. That's enough for me. I'll go pay $10 and get the same wash down the road.

This is a very good car wash. You get $0 25 off each gallon of gas with a car wash. They have people who pre-wash your vehicle for buggy spots and areas that the auto system doesn't get. Very friendly staff. I love it!
