I went to the Jonesboro AR store to get a new flip phone. Everything was ok until I had to transfer my contacts. The manager pulled the person helping me and told me to put in the contacts manually. The showed me how to do it. but that didnt work. I sat there for about hour watching customer after customer get waited on. I wanted to cancel it and go someplace else. They made pay some fee even though Ive been a customer for a long time Hey Verizon if you care about customer service you will refund the $35 transfer fee they charged me.

Went to get a screen protector for my Pixel 8. On the website they were on sale for $45 At the store they were $60. I told them but they wouldn't.price match. So I went online there and bought it and had it delivered to the store. Walked out with a new protector. Be sure and register for the warranty. I didn't on the first one and could have gotten it replaced for free

Ok so I bought a prepaid Verizon phone and service card and after repeatedly trying to activate my phone I had to call customer service and I spent from 8:51am today untill 4:42pm on phone with them repeatedly going thru their rather poor failed attempts to fix the problem. I was sent to this store by them to get help so I had customer service on phone still plus 2 ppl in store so called helping me. First they said they would replace phone no cost but when they got ready to do it suddenly they expected me to buy another new phone even though mine was new. Learn from my mistake go else where and NEVER buy Verizon they are dishonest and lesson cost me well over $100 don't let yours cost you cause what you save by not going to Verizon will buy to a phone and service else whete for less.

Bought a new Apple Watch, Maggie the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Maggie got us set up and out the door in a minimum amount of time.

Went in on a cold day and was getting help to access my Verizon on my wife’s phone, Manager said he fixed it, looked at my shirt and said I know you aren’t responding to fires in New York from here, so 47 years on 10 different volunteer Departments and 32 years paid FDNY, he got the short end of the stick, I paid off my phone, called my 2 companies in Florida and had my office manager at both locations send out a text having all men turn in their phones and go with a different carrier so he lost my line and 487 business lines!!!!!!!

I drove over 40 minutes to this store for them to tell me they can't sell me a phone because they were in a "switch" and their activations were down. So, I went to a different store and they sold me a phone with no problem, they told me I just wouldn't have service on the new phone until the "switch" was done. It became very obvious that the employees in this store (Jonesboro, AR) didn't want to do their job. This also is not the first time I have drove to this store to not get any help.
