The workers are friendly, but more staff needs hired. A package was delivered on the 24th and I didn't actually get it until today. There aren't enough people working there to make sure packages are actually put in our boxes when they arrive. I know a lot of people have this same issue.

Convenient and small post office located on the campus of Arkansas State University inside the Student Union. They offer most of the services that other post offices do such as shipping, drop boxes, stamps and supplies, PO boxes, passport photos, etc. The hours are a bit different from other locales as this one closes at 3:30 PM M-F although they have multiple drop boxes for letters available 24 hours a day. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is usually only one worker so during busy or peak times they can get backed up but I'd still use this one over others in town around times like Christmas.

Despite the mislabeling of the address of this wonderfully unique US Post Office on Google Maps, this is AState's Own Federal PO.Most university's do not have a) their own USPS office nor b) their own city and discrete zip code. But, Arkansas State University does. And it's State University, Arkansas 72467. Not 72401, not Jonesboro, none of that. And a serviceable PO Box where you can catch mail, junk, and all your loot packages is not much more than a hundy per year--about ten bucks a month. The package or freight addy is105 N Caraway RoadUnit or # (your box number)State University, AR 72467so you can receive alluh Mommy's brownies and socks drops. They have friendly and helpful postal pros that will greet you with a smile, short-staffed as they are, and take care of your needs. I love that this school has this asset, and I dig living in State University.

The ladies are so nice and helpful. They’re understaffed though, so things can be a bit slow. They do what they can!

Usually gets my mail in, even if it takes a day to process once it arrives.
