Sometimes you need to go through again. Tore my plate frame off once. They replaced it. Conveyer stops frequently while in wash tunnel. Hilltop is less busy and more efficient.

Like usual, it cleans your car up pretty good. Sadly tho, I believe it took my rear wiper cover 2 washes ago. I need a new wiper anyways, and they come with the cover?♂️

Different tiers at different prices. That's standard for car washes. But friendly cashier and free vacuums that don't shut off after 3 minutes make a difference. The detail kits have the good stuff on those wipes. Worth the money if you want the extra sparkle inside the car.

? only one thing I've noticed since going to Tommy's for 3 months is that at first it would blow car almost completely dry, but now its like they speed you thru. Even the wash. I have a subscription to Works mainly for tire shine, but sometimes it misses a tire. Wish there was a prewash option for like wheelwells. Still a good place for the price.

I love this place except for one thing. It always leaves a dirty streak right down the middle of my SUV back glass and bumper. I guess because that is the spinning cleaners meet.

Best car wash in Jonesboro but it still misses several areas on my car. I get unlimited so I run it through a couple times .. those car washes are not good on your paint but wth I’m lazy

I drove from out of town to Jonesboro and thought I would get a car wash. Google tells me Tommy's is the best in town. I purchased the most expensive car wash (I think it was $18.99) and although the car got cleaner from the sides and the back, the front was still pathetic (see picture). Not sure if I would use it again.
