“Amazing customer service!! After frantically worrying about how far I would have to drive on my spare so I can get my tire fixed, I realize the closest place was just two blocks from my house. Even though they were working on several vehicles, they went to work on mine right away. I appreciate the young man who explained to me the price difference in a used tire and a new tire.. And I think he picked out a really good used one for me. Now I know I don’t have to drive so far when I’m ready to replace all my tires.”
“Had my mother’s 2020 GMC Terrain towed there day after Christmas. Since it was towed there they said it had to be worked in, I thought maybe a week, no still not worked in almost 4 weeks. We have been without a car for weeks had to pay another tow bill to take it to another mechanic.”

They keep me informed on what needs to be done & how much it will cost, they try to keep cost as low as possible, & they are trustworthy. With closing time just an hour away on a Sunday, they showed outstanding dedication to customer service.
After driving on gravel roads most of the day, I started hearing a loud screech from one of my driver’s side wheels. Being from Kansas City and needing to drive back the next day, I wanted to ensure there was no serious issue. I suspected a rock was caught between the rotor and dust shield, but I needed to confirm it. After calling four other places, I remembered the Sam's Club nearby, where my Nana shopped. Without calling ahead, I drove straight there, hoping they could help.
John Kirby quickly came to my aid, helping me identify the source of the noise. Sure enough, a tiny rock was causing the loud screech I'd been hearing—and likely annoying anyone nearby! John didn't ask for my name or membership; he simply saw someone in need and helped.

“Got a used tire, looks brand new! Cheapest tire shop in ALL of Jonesboro! Only cost me 50 bucks for a tire! Great customer service, fast and efficient, and I got there about 5 minutes before they closed and they still installed the new tire! Thank you I will definitely be coming back here!!!”
