Such bad customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in and I was the only one there. Not a single word was said to me the entire time I looked around. Got a passing “thanks” as I walked out of the door. A very odd experience.

I went in there earlier and the three customer services ladies were so rude!! I heard them talking about my outfit I was wearing making fun of it, and they were cursing up a storm up! I used to love going to that place, but I don’t think I will be going anymore.

Love the ladies here. The sisters were super friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in. Great conversation (chatting about Disneyland and Nashville) and willing to help you find what you need. They def make you feel comfortable and let you roam freely. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and they had a great selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc.

Worst boutique!!! Rude staff. Would not give it 1 star. Was in store for 30 minutes with my daughters and not 1 employee acknowledged us, tried to help or asked if we needed a dressing room. Just go to the refinery. These clothes are over priced. Refinery has way better selection.
