My wife and I were blown away with the service and selection! We were there on Sunday and it was extremely busy, but we were very well taken care of. The quality and selection were amazing! Jonesboro is Blessed to have this store, owners and employees! We drove 1.5 hours each way and we will again!

I am new to town, saw the store window and decided to swing in while my spouse went into Starbucks. From the moment I walked in NO ONE greeted me NO ONE asked me if I was looking for anything specific nor did they even say they would help me at all. I walked the whole store with 3 women in there and they didn’t even acknowledge I was there until my spouse came in and I told him I was ready to leave and then one woman said “have a nice day.” WOW not only was it disappointing bc I was in there to purchase and would have bc they have some cute things but the fact I was completely ignored(and I believe bc I was in my moving clothes) just a suggestion maybe treat everyone the same and definitely speak to each person that walks in bc you never know what they r there to spend.

Not everyone who "stops in" is familiar with their return policy. We bought a cute pair of white boots which were 50% off (still a $50 pair of boots). They had a few scuffs on them that the sweet lady at the register told us would easily come off. She failed to tell us however that the sale was FINAL (even Dillards gives u 3 days to return sale items). We returned within HOURS of purchase to return them and were told at that time we could not. I calmly explained to them that I was literally just hours from buying. They did not return my money but did at least offer a gift card for money wasted. They need to better train their workers to make their return policy known to their customers. Gave them the 2nd star for at least applying money lost toward an in-store credit.

Fiancé bought a pair of jeans, they didn’t seem to fit to her spec but the sales lady told her to go home and wash them and see if they fit better and if they don’t then come back and return them. Well they didn’t fit right either after washing and wouldn’t accept them back. Very disappointing.

I ordered shoes from the refinery for my child’s birthday. They showed shipped, but I never received them. I requested a refund or for them to just send me another pair of shoes and they refused. I never received the shoes or my money back

Have literally the stupidest return policy i’ve ever heard of. I’ve had 2 pieces for 15 days and they won’t take them back. I spent $300 there and I won’t be back now.

I’m from out of town and have come into this store a few times and they have the cutest things! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Abby for tirelessly helping me pick out the best clothes for me and personally cutting my jeans off because they were too long for me! So fun! Highly recommend!

Completely overpriced. And alot of their plus size clothes don't fit the way true plus sizes should. IMO. Very disappointing. I gave it 2 stars because the store does look nice, very well organized & very well stocked!

Response::Wife tried to return a item for a bigger size that she had purchased two days ago. Never worn, tags still on the dress. The item was to small. They told her they wouldn’t couldn’t return the item.

I attempted to go in for Black Friday sales. I’m shopping today with my 9 month old baby and they turned me away at the door because I had him in a stroller. It is impossible to shop in a boutique with a baby on your hip. I hear they had dogs in there though. How does that make sense? I’m very disappointed in today’s experience and I won’t be back. You just lost a customer.
