This is the poorest when you have an outage or problems. Lake city arkansas has been without internet for over 14 hours.. the main reason I didn't want a non local provider. You can never talk to a human. It's great when it works.

They lied about monthly charges to get service started, then afterwards, charge whatever they want. I called to disconnect, then there's a $100 fee to disconnect. A bunch of con artists! 0 Stars if that were an option!

After many phone calls, I finally got loose from Optimum. I believe it is my right as an American citizen to choose the service of my choice without explanation for choosing or leaving a particular service and when I leave that service, I should not have to justify my decision to do so, to anyone! In addition, I should not be charged for or responsible for time not used relating to that service. Luckily and with much persistence, I was able to extricate myself from Optimum and not have to pay the bill for time not used. In my humble opinion, it should be easier than it was to do so. Caveat Emptor!

After years of terrible service, I finally got hooked up with a better provider. I have tried multiple times to return equipment, but the office is never open. No matter what time the hours say. I was afraid to put the equipment in the drop box because i absolutely do not trust them. I had a woman show up at my door unannounced today insisting that I stop working and gather “her” equipment for her to take back. Hopefully after this I am done with this company!

Only giving this business a one star because I have too.Up to this moment I still do not have a working phone line. I’ve called over five times and still no resolution. Seriously how difficult is a phone line. I have a business and this is costing me thousands of dollars. Supervisors don’t return my calls. This is unacceptable and if I ran my business this way I would not have one. This has been going on over 8 days. I will definitely find another phone/internet company. I would avoid optimum at all costs.Lisa.

They did the same thing to me turned me Internet off and I paid on the 1st claimed they didn't get it wanted me to pay again they are losing a lot of customers my mom is filling a lawsuit the Internet sucks it WAY to expensive spread the news people

Awful started with the last summer was supposed to get a $100 gift card never got it. I pay my bill the 1st of each month when I get my money on my ucard they shut my Internet off this morning when I made my payment on the 1st now they want me to make another payment when I have proof they took $160 I'm not making another payment I'll find a different company this is a scam and it's way to much for Internet

Customer service in the store is good and the staff is helpful.. trying to get help on the phone is so bad. Very rude as well. Use at your own risk.

I've had optimum for almost a year now in Lake City Ar. It is by far the best Internet I've ever had. Fast, low prices and always reliable; plus they have excellent customer service. It's a shame when I had to move and cancel my service because they don't offer it in my new town. No contract and no cancellation fee even made disconnecting better than what other Internet services offer. Can't wait for them to expand and offer in my area of Keiser Ar, if they ever expand this way that is.
