I had such an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My car oil was changed within 20 mins or less and they also put air on my tires. Will be definitely coming back, awesome job??

My car was having trouble over heating they told me it was my fan going out after I spent $400 + dollars it kept over heating I kept taking it back they said they didn’t see nothing wrong finally after the last time over heating they told me it was a thermostat and that they would fix it after fixing it I still had to pay for something that wasn’t the problem and they claim there were best in town never stopping by again!!!

Two vehicles I've had serviced here. Wolves in sheep's clothing.Had no issues, until I did.My plate was taken from my vehicle, of course the company does not assume any responsibility for vehicles on their property. They did nothing to assist. The same vehicle a week later as stripped of a tire and entire driver door window and panel. They offered no assistance. Did not cooperate with police. Tim repeatedly yelled at me to remove my vehicle off the property with no explanation as to how my vehicle was stripped of these parts. Tim told me he knew my vehicle had been stripped days ago and instructed his employees not to inform me DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEREThis all happened on their business property.

Total ripoff had to pay $80 dollars cash to have my car towed because my car wouldn't start. Guy calls me and says that my car wouldn't start because I didn't have any gas in it and he was able to start it up because he put $15 dollars of gas in it. Then tells me I need a sway bar was the problem and it would cost me $540 to repair and my car should be fine and it will be ready in 2 hours. A few hours go by he calls and says he got the sway bar fixed but the car is not starting. So I go up there to get my car the guys wants to talk to me about buying a car off his lot saying his got the best deals in town. Why would I buy a car from you when you just ripped me off and you can't even tell me what's wrong with the car I had right now. To makes things worse they had to give me a rolling start just to get my car off the lot. Neve again.

These guys are fabulous. One of my daughters friends recommended them. My daughters 2012 Camry had an oil leak. We dropped it off and within a few hours it was fixed. They replaced the oil pan. I highly recommend them. Great service and professionalism. Thank you Starks! Keep up the GREAT work!

Bad place. Bad service. Dropped vehicle off at 8am called me at 830am to tell me the issue and he would call me back with a quote. I called the shop back at 1:30 to see what the quote was and he told me he couldnt find the part around town. I checked and oreillys and advanced auto had the part INSTOCK. But i wasted 5 hrs waiting on a phone call. And they werent busy had only one other vehicle in. If he was the only working then tell me its going to be awhile. Oh the vehicle issues they knew about but didnt mention during the first visit or I would have had them fix it then before it became an issue. Dont trust these guys.

Doesn’t even deserve one start in my book. Brought my car in due to a horrible gas smell, they changed a few sensors (paid $200+) and sent me on my way. I came back the very next day because I still smelt gas. They told me it wasn’t anything related to a gas leak, that there’s a flap inside my gas tank that was worn but wasn’t urgent to change.. Fast forward a week later and my car is still smelling like gas and now it’s not wanting to crank the first try. I take it to another shop and I have 2 gas leaks underneath my back seat where BOTH my kids sit. The man at starks ensured me that there was no gas leak at all and I was safe to drive my kids to and from school. He bold face LIED!! Thank god we never blew up going down the road..just wanting to share my experience to save someone else’s time and money. These people don’t care about you or your car, they are just money hungry!!!
