Ridiculously long waits. Hire more people.
I have tried multiple times to find a time of day or day of week to check in without a wait of well over an hour.

Haircuts are good but app is bad, the estimated wait time always fluctuates for me every minute it'll go from saying 20 minutes to 90 minutes or whatever everytime I check it within a few minutes

First my husbands appointment was at 2:08 and we just left at 3:37. Way to long for a man’s hair cut. Second he had his hat and sunglasses hanging up and a girl sweeping knocked them off and then they picked them and handed them to him and seen that they were broke he didn’t get as much as a im sorry for breaking them. We will not be going back there.

For the last 3 visits when I sign in online. I'll show up on site Parker rd Jonesboro AR. And when I sign in on the computer at the front desk my name gets put up on the board twice. And for the last 3 visits neither name has been looked at when on the board. For 30 minutes after my online appointment my name doesn't get call while others are let in front of Me. Customer service is trash because the last 2 times I've said something about it and nothing has been fixed in the computer making this situation continue to happen.

Don't normally post but tonight i had an appt with Heather. Because of my job schedule i showed up over an hour late. She got me seated right away and gave me the perfect fade. Sport Clips should feel blessed to have her there. It was an amazing experience.
