I live in Missouri, 4 hours away, I will make the trip just so Mallary can do my hair! She always does an amazing job! I have super thick hair and it's always a mess but she fixes the mess for me every single time! I don't let anyone else really touch my hair due to me being very particular about it now that she has done my hair I can't let anyone else touch it without feeling that it will be messed up and needing fixed, which Mallary has had to do a few times since I got impatient and wanted to go somewhere else ? she knows what she is doing, she colors, cuts, thinned, trims, does designs in my undercut. She will help you anyway possible if you know what you want and can tell her or show her or if you're unsure she's super talented and creative with hair cuts! Last time she done my hair was a pretty purple and blue mermaid vibe I honestly loved it so much it was better than I had imagined, so definitely very professional, very friendly, will always make sure you're happy! It's always a very positive happy experience for me! ❤️

I have been a client of Evelyn’s for a little while now and she has this coupon where once you get 7 fills your 7th one is free. I had an appointment scheduled since i had got my last fill, and i was coming in on my 7th one. The time was scheduled 3:30, Evelyn texted me around 2:45 asking to come in later because she was behind on a client. I said I could do 4:30, got there at 4:20 when she texted me asking if we could do it Friday because she wasn’t finished. I told her I worked Friday after class and asked if there was anyway she could it today or Saturday. I never got a response and was left on read. I understand things happen, but the least I could’ve gotten was a response. Guess she didn’t want to work for free. Bad service.

I came in to get highlights from Evelyn. I paid 130 for a highlight touch up. The front of my hair lifted orange. I reached Out to her and after a couple days was able to come in to get it fixed. I never thought i was going to be charged to correct a service i did not receive but already paid for. So after she pit brown on my roots which there was no choice due to the orange color, i was charged 60$ for that new color. I explained to her that i did not understand and why would i pay to fix that and still she charged me. Do not recommend Fusion salon to allow that to be their example of customer service.

I had gone in for a highlight and the front of my hair near the roots was orange. I told her in the salon when we were done and she put a toner on it to try to fix it. When i went home and put my hair up, i realized it was still really orange. I contacted Evelyn and after couple days i was able to get in. I went to the salon to get the orange out of my hair. We both identified it and agreed on what was orange and where it was. After toner and brown was out on my hair to cancel the orange, i was again charged more money. I had to pay 130$ for the highlights and then another 60$ to fix the orange that was in my hair from the highlights. I definitely do not recommend going to her and having to go through that. It was extremely frustrating.

My absolute favorite stylist Summer works here! She does amazing vivids! She's soo sweet and great at helping you realize exactly how you want. I ALWAYS WALK OUT FEELING LIKE MY BEDT SELF!

My daughter and her friends got facials done for her 14th birthday party. They had the best time and said their skin feels so good!!! Shavanna & Alexis were so great! Shavanna went above and beyond hosting the cutest party ever! Definitely would recommend!!
