The young lady who answered the phone on 9/25/2023 at approx. 10:10 am was very unprofessional and immature. I attempted to get a prescription transferred to another location. She seemingly didn't know, or acting as unaware, that she would need my personal information as well as the information for the location that i wanted to send it to.When asked if there was another technician that i could speak with, she was dismissive and ultimately ended the call in my face.This is unacceptable service for a business that is involved in medication and health practices.
