Prices have gotten ridiculous. I was handed my receipt folded in half and wasn't told the total. When I got to my car I looked at the receipt I noticed that the price of my cpap supplies had gone up substantially. Before I paid less than $20 for the tubing, and the mask was around $80. Now for the mask, tubing, and few filters it was almost $400! The charge for the mask was broken down to four separate parts and charges. Crazy that it all would cost almost as much as the cpap machine itself! I took it back in and nicely asked for a refund and the lady said "well I don't make the prices", and was kind of rude to me. I might just have start buying my own supplies online for now on.

My experience with them is always top notch. I get my CPAP supplies there and when I needed a hospital bed for my wife after her stroke they supplied me with one that moved up and down by a motor so I didn't have to crank it, that was a real blessing.

Southern supplied our needs for many years and we're always kind and considerate, however something has changed. They have become rude to the point of unbearable, we don't know what has happened and my wife and I feel we must look for another supplier, for many years we've not hesitated to recommend their services but quiet the opposite now, they are un reliable and make it quiet clear they do not want or need our business saying the supplies we need are primarily for new patients.

When I go in they are always very friendly and are able to quickly get what I need to me.

I guess it just depends on what day you go there and who is "working" that day. Both times I went there I was treated rudely. I can take it, no problem there, but, I don't like doing business with people who feel like they have to act like they did... the main guy I interacted with wanted to go home, apparently, he rushed through everything, was short with me and just didn't seem to want to be there... and was certainly not a good salesman for a product I was going to buy anyway and that the insurance company was going to pay handsomely for... either y'all don't get paid much, or you're just rude... either way, get a grip boys...

They are extremely rude. The guys that work are highly insensitive and all their concerned about if you’re paying what you owe. I believe in taking responsibility for bills owed, however take care of customers and by all means most are sick and out of all the medical supply stores here in Jonesboro they’ve chosen yours. After this round with oxygen I will not be using them again. EVER! Get it together..you all are extremely rude, it’s sickening!

Had shoulder surgery and was needing assistance with fitting the sling to the right position and getting the correct one. Called and spoke the an employee about what they could help with and was met with rudeness and attitude. Terrible customer service.
