The ladies I had to deal with today were terrible not willing to listen when they made a mistake, not me and my family, but it has cost us and I hope I never have to deal with this bank ever again, to be specific it was at the Washington branch in Jonesboro Arkansas on Aug 13 at 4:30pm, we received a gap refund check for paying off our daughters car early but due to a glitch in their system the check bounced and my family paid for it, I do not plan to ever do business with Simmons Bank ever again

They are very kind and very helpful â—ï¸ My Grandmother is 92 years old. She and I, opened her account there years and years ago! I am also on the accountâ—ï¸ I am her Legal Guardian as well as her Granddaughterâ—ï¸ I'm very protective of my Grandmother and do not tolerate anyone trying or taking advantage of herâ€¼ï¸ The Customer Service at the Washington Street Branch, has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explains things so wellâ—ï¸To not hurry and to make sure my grandmother understands any questions she may haveâ—ï¸That, alone speaks volumes to meâ—ï¸ To take the time and to be so considerate , knowing I live out of stateâ—ï¸ It gives me a little bit more peace of mind , knowing that and are willing to do so without having to ask, explain her situation or mineâ—ï¸ I'm able to call them from the state in which I live. I've been using this bank for about a year. The internet banking is very convenient to me and I have experienced no problems with the system. The tellers are always respectful, polite and helpful. I would recommend that branch to someone looking for a good bank.
