I highly recommend to get another bank if you are thinking in opening a business account. They were AWESOME a few years back. Then, they restructure and it's been nothing but headaches. They have SO many fees and charges. Last statement and I have proof. They charge me a total of 45 dollars in A MONTH for fees transaction. Before, that never happened. Also, there is this particular employee that constantly wants to put a hold on my business checks of 10 days. You know, checks that are ESSENTIAL for a small business that needs to pay overhead. She is the only one that gives me problem, the rest of the employees don't say nothing when I deposit checks over 10k. Anyways, I'm seriously thinking in closing my accounts and going with someone else. It's ashame, 6 years of business gone because of nonsense. The only reason they don't get a one star is because other employees at least help me. The ease of transaction is appreciated when you have so many other things to worry about.

I encourage you to keep your bushes trimmed. It makes a statement: I take the time to care for my customers.Wouldn't it be amazing if Simmons Bank planted orange tiger lilies or orange day lilies which come back year-after-year, are zero-care for established plants, and love full sun?Orange Color Psychology:Orange calls to mind feelings of excitement, enthusiasm, and warmth. Orange is often used to draw attention, such as in traffic signs and advertising.Customers are noticing that Simmons Bank - Caraway has let themselves go. The high-traffic street of Caraway Road is advertising a less-than-appealing image of Simmons Bank. I think if every time someone drove by, walked in, or went through the drive-thru they saw a well-maintained Simmons and a piece of natural beauty, it would make an impact.I would add: Using monarch butterflies would be a great thing to put in your brochures and ad copy. They represent that you are on the right path to achieve your goals and also have a positive, uplifting effect, and their colors coordinate with your branding.

I've had an account at this bank since before they were named Simmons. Simmons bought 1st National Bank of Jonesboro... anyway... I had a less than professional encounter today at the drive thru window. Upon conducting a withdraw, I was not asked how I want my bills returned to me. I was summarily given my money and 'dismissed'. A tall thin blond boy put all $100s in an envelope and send it back to me and walked off. I only wanted some $100s. This is not a professional transaction. I do not want this kid fired, but, I think he needs additional training in professional transactions etiquette in a financial situation.

I recently had my bank card compromised which required utilization of the card to be closed in order to prevent further fraudulent charges. My first contact with Simmons to resolve the issue was with their corporate office in Pine Bluff. Apparently when attempting to contact your home bank, if not available, you are automatically referred to the corporate help center. This is where the problems began. Do to mistakes made by employees of Simmons when I opened up my account, information which was utilized to identify my identity was incorrect. Needless to say, I was unable to have my issues resolved, and the help center could offer no help to resolve my problem leaving me unable to access my account. This is completely unacceptable when the only way you can conduct personal business involving financial transactions is to have the ability to access an account which belongs to you. Fortunately, I was able to eventually contact my local Simmons Branch and Kathleen Dicus was able to instantly resolve all of my banking issues. If it were not for the excellent customer service provided by my local branch, I would have been unable to conduct business that day. The moral of this review: If banking with Simmons, avoid the corporate office. They are of know help and unable to resolve issues that must be taken care of immediately when conducting business of financial nature within the world in which we live today. Deal with your local branch where customer service still matters.
