“They have a large selection and they give a military discount. The employees are kind and helpful. I have shopped here more than once for my family. The thing I don’t love is how it is all very self-serve. It can be a bit chaotic when busy and it felt like most of the workers were running the registers, and there wasn’t really any help on the floor. I recommend this store, as I like the prices and we usually find something we like.”

“The prices are a bit high but their quality is top notch. The staff are friendly but some of them are a bit inattentive. This is mainly because many of the staff are quite young and still more interested in talking and messing around than providing customer service. I understand this is new to a lot of them and it's understandable. Everyone has to start somewhere. Great selection of quality merchandise.”

“I went in for my first time recently for some new boots and wasn't really sure where to begin since it's been so long since I've gotten boots. This very nice lady helped point me in the right direction and she even came to the boot section with me to help. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and so on, and she started pulling boots for me to try on. Before I knew it, I had found the pair I loved and it wasn't even what I thought I would get. She was very helpful and without her guidance I probably would've never found the right ones. This place has great staff that will help you with anything you need, whether it's boots or hat fittings or anything in-between. I highly recommend this store for your western needs”

“The workers were helpful and nice, and there mens shoe selection was good, i wish the had a few more types of shoes by nike and adidas, the guy that checked us out scaned a pair of shoes twice and we and to go back in the store and we went and the women we talked to before helped us with the shoes”

“Skechers Outlet in Jonesboro got it going on. I went to the store to score some of those slip-ins from the commercial. They didn't have my size (10 1/2). Yeah, I have big feet - don't judge. Yet, they had my hubby's size (of course). He scored some nice all-white kicks. Skechers Outlet, order more 10 1/2s please. Thanks!”
