“The place is actually Pak Mail. It is on Southwest Drive and it always has the most helpful workers. The customer service is top notch and the services that they offer are vast. If you need to do any kind of shipping, they are probably going to be the ones you would want to go to. They're very honest with you, they don't try to pull any punches and they try to help you anyway they can. If you need to print off something from an email, you go up there and email them, they will walk you through it if you need, and then get however many things printed off. I think it's 10 cents per page”

“Very friendly and helpful people. I was in and out in a couple of minutes even though I didn't know what I was doing when I walked in the door. The young woman who helped me saw immediately that I had no idea what I needed to do and cheerfully proceeded to do it as she explained to me what needed done. I couldn't ask for anything more. “One benefit of living in the Mid-South near Fed-Ex HQ, wildy fast shipping. I have ordered items at night with expected ship times days into the future, however since I was near a distribution hub it showed up literally hours later?!! I ship and receive a lot of stuff for work, domestic and international. No problems working with this Fed-Ex location to date that were their fault. Staff and drivers have been friendly and accomodating. When I ran into "no signature available" situations, they were able to locate and hand my shipment over with proper ID at the counter.”
