My father and I have banked here for decades, The Jonesboro locations NEVER answer their phones. This was happening LONG before covid, as well. I had a major issue with my account and actually had to call my hometown, an hour and a half away, to get someone to help me, since their 800 number is useless, as well. I will soon be finding a new bank. As a former bank employee, this is unacceptable, inconvenient and disappointing.

The Guy who works at the Southwest Drive location is very rude and comes off races towards me every time I go there he always has a bad attitude which makes me regret ever banking there

They have not re-opened the lobby yet, drive thru lines take about 45 minutes. This is not easy for commercial people. I sit an hour at the bank and then are late to get the store open. It is truly a nightmare. Commercial lines sit while others pull up in other lanes and are in and out while I continue to wait. They seem to be short staffed or something.

I am very disappointed in this branch. I went in and cashed a check and my client made a mistake on the check. Well the tellers name was Sandra, she rudely informed me that they would have to verify the check. Instead of just simply saying that she couldn’t cash it and nicely explaining why she called me a lair to my face saying there was no way someone who pay X amount of dollars for the service I provide and being downright rude. And from being in a customer service ran business I know that is not how you treat a customer especially at a bank. If there was a negative rating I would give a negative 10. And don’t try to argue with them they will just call the cops on you instead of hearing the truth.

Regions is the worst bank around. Unless you go inside, you can forget getting any good service. You cannot reach your branch or any branch by phone! The calls are all sent to a call center with what seems to be very uninformed workers. After staying on hold, you'll ask a question and they'll justify why they do what they do. So you do as they say, then Bam! another problem. Call them and they'll change their story again to justify what they've done. And usually you are left on hold forever! Finally, their hours are awful. Would never recommend this bank to anyone.

This is the best branch Regions has in the area. All the clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. I actually bypass the others to go to this location.

Why is it so hard to find a number to talk to a live person????????? They are really nice and help me when i go down there but I cannot find a number to call them!
