The best place I have ever been for lab work!!! The woman who did my labs was incredible!! Since having my strokes, no place can ever get my veins and when they finally do, they can't get barely any blood. And I get poked multiple times. This lady got it first try, didn't hurt, and the blood flowed great!!! I was so impressed!!!! Awesome service!!!! Can't say enough great things!!;

Every time I have to deal with quest it's a pain . I call give them the info and the next time it starts all over . Also trying to get a hold of a person from the info on the bill is impossible.

The automated appointment that answers phone is the absolutely the WORST I have ever dealt with… EVER! If given a choice about where tests are done, I would never choose this company. No option to speak to human when computer doesn’t understand. Horrible. Perfect for making a person to go Postal.

I went to this facility for a blood test and the ladies that helped me were so kind. They got me back fast and they are experienced phlebotomists. I had to take my child with me and they were so patient and sweet with her. I would definitely recommend them!

I am really glad you all got to be off for 4 days but that royally screws over everyone who were waiting on Covid tests that you didn't process . So now there is several families who have to miss candle light service and Christmas with families.
