Never will I ever be back, complete rip off! Both times I’ve been and did not do a good job! Over priced. First time I went nails had dips all in them. Cost $50 everywhere else is $40-$45 this time same thing but cost $55

First time at this place I had my nails done by the man that was there and he was so rough and the gel polish was not applied good. I also had a pedi and had to remind the lady to remove the cuticles from my toes. I paid $80 for this awful service I will not go again. My nails look ugly look at the picture.

I have been using Pro Nails since 2008, they are the best! They don't try to rush you out. Jeff always takes his time making sure my nails look great.

Grinded my nail beds down and here I am a month later trying to get them to recover, popped off in less than 3 days, can’t do designs, was rude and unprofessional, OVERCHARGED ME because I had “ugly short nails” in the dudes words. Will not ever recommend and will not ever go back

Incredibly rude, said my nails were too small to work with so they charged me extra (and I’ve never had that done at any other salon), low quality nails, they went out and yelled at customers outside during my appointment and told them to park somewhere else even though I’m pretty sure it’s public parking out there so why does it matter and why be so rude.

Alright so uh my parents work at this place. For you guys saying you got a pedicure and it was horrible, it’s because there was a lady there who didn’t know how to do nails and she SUCKED at it. Now if you come, she won’t be there :)
