I ordered the Tackle Box special that's posted on the window for 5.99. When I ordered I told the girl the it was 5.99 and not 7.99. She said it's 7.99. Instead of getting a manager to see if i was right she just flat out told me I was wrong. So instead of making things worse I took my food. Went outside and took a picture so I can show her. They were behind on orders also. Not suppose to disagree with the Customer. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2, 5 piece tender boxes. Original tenders not spicy, and instead of 2 different sides I got 2 sides of fries on both boxes. When I checked my boxes I have a very small fry in both boxes and all the tenders are spicy. My wife is pissed at me now because she won’t eat spicy food so I wasted money and nothing was right. One box was also missing a biscuit. Very disappointed. I love Popeyes and usually don’t have any complaints at all but tonight it was terrible. We weren’t the only ones with issues either the person in front of us in the drive thru had to give the food back and request new food because there’s wasn’t correct either and the manager looked back at us shaking his head aggravated and rolling his eyes that he had to fix there order and then slammed the window on them and we thought maybe they were just being picky but once we got our food we realized why they were aggravated and asked for there order to be corrected. I should’ve checked mine before leaving but didn’t because it was close to them closing and I just wanted to eat my food.

Do not order delivery!!! I ordered food and it never got delivered the driver wouldn’t respond I never got my food. I contacted door dash they refunded the money back toPopeyes immediately. I contacted Popeyes they refuse to answer a phone call they force you to only text and email and they just keep saying they will get back to you in 48 hours! They do not take care of their customers!

Chicken sandwich was the Jam and I believe it gives Chick-fil-A a run for its money. Fries were good but a little on the cold soggy side.

This is a good, fast food chicken restaurant. Stopped by for lunch and used to app to order. The service was fast and the order was accurate. The wings were good and seemed fresh and not like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The service was relatively good. I would go back.

Ordered 24 sandwiches for our church group via ezcaterer to pick up at the Popeyes store on Red Wolf Boulevard, Jonesboro. Received updates on the order and called the manager Trey to confirm all the details. All 24 sandwiches and the sides were ready at 5:45 pm as required. Sandwiches were still hot when eaten and the coleslaw was tasty and creamy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got rave reviews from our group.
