Dropped off 6 packages and only 3 made it to shipping. The handoff to USPS must be lackluster as there is no scanning of individual items, only sign off that the transfer occurred. There needs to be a better way of tracking each item during the handoff. I have sent a lot of packages through this location, however, I will be going straight to the shipping provider to insure it gets shipped from now on. I did not receive much help when calling to report this issue. I will not be doing business here in the future. If your package does not make it to the shipping destination, good luck getting help or finding it.

Expressing gratitude is so important & PakMail has been dedicated to make sure I have amazing thank you cards every year for Miss Arkansas! I’ve always received compliments on them. The quality, the staff, the timeliness, everything is stellar! PS, I drive 2 hours to see them so that says something!!

So I had to send something back to a company and I didn't know how to print out the UPS sticker the company sent to the email and these people told me that the closest place to that was Memphis..... Nope nope nope all I needed was a stupid printer... So yes that made me mad ?

Convenient shipping store in the southwest part of Jonesboro. You can drop off any pre-labeled packages from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and others. If you don't have a label already, you can get it taken care of here as well. Parking is a bit funny because of the incline the property sits on but it's usually quick to get in and quick to get out.

When I started my small business, I began using a big name competitor in town for my printing needs. The staff there was rude and unhelpful. I started using Pak Mail and couldn’t be happier with their team! Not only do they do more than the other guys, they get it done faster and cheaper as well. The staff knows me when I walk in and goes out of their way to make sure my business needs are met. I’m happy to have another local small business to partner with as I continue to grow. I would recommend them to anyone for printing and shipping!

Least accommodating place in town. I swear I won’t go back every time I go there. They’ve made fun of an item I asked to be printed. I’ve asked for a strip of tape and was told I would be charged. Amazon returns are a nightmare. There is a shipping and printing store down the road and they are kind and considerate.

CSR lied to my face and told me it was free to print do a return here. Once I reset my return as he instructed he tells me it’s gonna cost to print the label. The fact that he lied is why they get 1 star.
