Stood at the counter said hello to the tall lady. She ignored me walked past me twice then again to catch the ups driver. Another guy walked past me I looked at him he looked back kept going. I put my wallet back in my pocket left the stuff on counter. Service has been good in the past. They need more help and acknowledge customers.

Eddie was so accomodating. His customer service was 2nd-to-none when it came to helping my fiancee, Oliver, get his headlight placed in the SUV. We really appreciate the patience and professionalism he displayed. He went the extra mile. Thanks Eddie.

Went in for a set of wiper blades and was helped by Eddie. He was very professional and solved my issue quickly and even offered to help me install my new wiper blades, the guy has excellent customer service skills.

O’Reilly’s treated me GOOD!! Eddie stayed right up and helped me replace my battery. Was super kind and friendly and knowledgeable and got me all the service I needed.

It's not bad, theyre all about the same. Personally, I've pretty much had to order parts that, imo, should be in store like the pcv valve tubing, or a taillight assembly yet they have performance air filter replacements, and I'm sure catchcans behind the counter. I would think standard parts would sell better and be more in demand than performance parts, but ig thats why I don't run my own store. Lol

So, we have two major auto parts stores in Osceola: O'Reilly and Autozone. I prefer O'Reilly because of their can-do spirit, well-stocked isles, and friendly customer care team. I'm not knocking The Zone totally. Just saying that O'Reilly is my jam, my preference. They will continue to be my #1 go-to for everything auto. Cheers to everyone at O'Reilly Auto Parts Osceola Arkansas who come to work with a smile, keep that smile going, and don't mind helping and assisting folk. 'Cause some of us don't know anything about car batteries, windshield wiper fluid, fuel injection cleaners, warning lights...I could go on and on! Great job team!! ? ?
