I love all the office supplies. You can get all this things cheaper in other stores yes, but it's amazing that so many things can be found in one place and are of high quality. I myself I'm a fan of the TUL system. They are running low but i understand things are tricky nowadays. I go there almost every week to see if they been restocked. I like this store!

NINE people in line for copy/print services and one brand new employee at the service desk trying to do her best to keep up. Went to employee standing at cash register with no customers. I asked Richard if he could get some assistance to which he replied they were helping everyone they could to which I pointed to both check out lanes that had NO CUSTOMERS but 2 idle cashiers. He then said he couldn't leave the register to come over to the copy/print desk. Not even to take money from paying CUSTOMERS. People in line were not happy. Two people walked out. About 10 minutes after still having no customers, Richard decided to come over and help after all. Why could he not have done that to begin with???

I met with the associate Justin. He wss very helpful. He got me Jeff the Manager on Duty who was excellent. I bought a chair and was extremely satisfied. I was checked out by Richard, who said hello and thank you...which you don't here enough of now a days in retail. I asked Jeff, who the Store Manager was and he said Amanda. I told him to tell her the store was, clean, recovered, in stock and engaged. I'm a Senior Executive for another retailer and shop here regularly because of the service I consistently receive. The team here is great! Thank you.

I am a minority and was followed around the store despite being well dressed. There were other "sketchy" looking customers, whom were non-minorites walking around the store, yet I was the one followed. I don't remember the ladies name, but she was an older white women, whose name started with a "T". I will be reporting her to the chain. This is unacceptable behavior in 2018.

Whitney at the print counter was AMAZING!!! You know when you wait until the last minute and not sure how to get something done in record time or if it's even possible?!? She made that happen today and was SUPER helpful, calm and on top of everything says Yes, we can have it printed and finished while you're here!!! ðŸ˜²
