I’ve had soooo many negative experiences with this bank it’s not even funny. How they even still in business just blows my mind. The one that has set me really off to even leave a negative review is I did a mobile deposit at 1am. USUALLY it is approved and deposited around 8. 8 came and nothing, okay maybe the holiday has them behind a bit(even though it was deposited at 8 day after the holiday 1 week prior. Still give them benefits of the doubt. Well it’s now 12:43pm and it still has not deposited. Messaged them. I got a text back saying mobile deposits are approved/denied same day if before 3:30. Cool I already deposited my check so why haven’t you checked it? Then I get back oh that department might be behind if I haven’t heard anything by 2 to contact them AGAIN. I know if you’re behind you better not be doing anyone’s checks today but my friend had theirs deposited already today, so they’ve probably overlooked my check and kept on going doing everyone else’s. This will probably be my last deposit ever with this bank. The tellers do not care and act as if your inconveniencing their time.

Giving one star because zero isn’t allowed, very generous of google to this garbage institution. At first it seems great, a good way to build credit. That’s where it ends. Build credit and pull your money asa if you absolutely must. Went to close my account because as I don’t bank with them I forgot that I had the account. The rude, argumentative teller tried to explain to me that since my account was dormant that gave them the right to take what I put in the savings account required for membership. Also tried to say that my changes of address are the reason I didn’t get the opportunity to keep my account from going dormant. I’ve NEVER moved without leaving a forwarding address. In fact, I pay extra to extend forwarding services. I am more than able to prove this. I’ve been at my current residence 2 years and still have the forwarding address on file wihich tells me the claimed paperwork was never sent. Ignoring that, they clearly have my email address, as I’m bombarded by ‘opportunities to purchase life insurance’ so why is it this information couldn’t be sent via snail mail, AND email. Financial institutions have policies that allow them to commit legal theft, so long as they make every effort to contact the individual. I received no mail, phone cal, txt, voicemail, or email. I’d recommend using ANY OTHER MEANS POSSIBLE to build your credit back up. All this is on top of their lack of returning phone calls, setting appointments, or having the most basic customer service and level of politeness. If I ran my business like this, it never would have gotten off the ground. Small wonder the ownership changes every so many years.

I’d give zero stars if I could!No voice mail inbox’s set up, drawn out processes, zero communication, rude tellers. Stay away if you can.

Never thought in a million years my money would ever be taken from me through this institution been with them for years. It's like it's ok with them, say it's not their fault they not responsible for my $3,000. Don't care at all. No communication since it happened. I trust God !!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would absolutely the worst banking experience ever. Tellers at the Jonesboro branch especially the one lady rude definitely not customer service oriented.Ronnie on the phone was as professional as he could be, even called me back however, it was to try to cover his bosses tail after she lied to me.Edited: Really? If they want to contact me they have my contact info.

Absolutely a garage experience with these guys, there tellers in the Jonesboro branch are rude, on the phone and off of the phone, you have to go through loops to get there loan officers on the phone, takes days and only an email will do it, fought with em for 2 weeks to not get a deal done even with great credit because they want so much, when I called my personal bank and had what I wanted done within hours. Put CPI insurance on a loan I already had proven insurance on, the day before I went to pay 12,000 dollar watercraft loan and took longer than expected to get it cleared up, I DO NOT RECCOMEND I personally took higher interest at my local bank and a higher payment to not have to deal with them again and cleared my accounts and memberships with them

I've been with the Credit Union for years!! They've always came through for my family and myself when we've needed them most!! I would have liked to receive checks earlier but they were always on time. When I was at another bank colors of black, I had to wait until after ten to get my money to pay my bills and it still wasn't a for sure to get it then and my checks were direct deposit. A bank with colors of red and blue stole my money and I couldn't pay any bills. I wrote that to write this, I trust and thank the Union!! Every place will have some problems but at least give them an opportunity to try to fix them before you write them off.Thank you for all you do, to the consumers and staff

Thieves! They let transactions pend for weeks and the amount it says you have online isn’t correct because once those long pending transactions go through, you don’t have enough and they charge you a $10 fee to move money from your savings to pay things you think you’ve already paid.

The worst bank in the NEA area. Never deposits money on time, people argue with us on the phone about everything, and everywhere we go online it says we have a different amount of money than we actually do. I don’t know what the problem is the people or the system, but it isn’t working. Will be moving banks soon.
