I have consistent problems with the savings and checking accounts. They will post a payment one day and the next it will be gone. It won't show pending or anything. A few days later it will pop up and pit your account in the negative. Then charge you a service fee to move money from savings to checking. I started taking screen shots every time I do a transaction for proof. I know my money and can count very well. This bank practice is a tactic to strong arm money. I will not set back and be robbed.

Had multiple problems banking here. Help from the staff is a joke as I've been hung up on more than once when trying to figure out the issue with my account. Card is frequently deactivated for “unusual activity†when it's only used in Jonesboro. Can never log into online portal. Over $300 disappeared from my savings account. Would never trust these people again.

Staff unmotivated to help you. They do not follow up with you when they say they will. Out of every bank I have done business with, this one has definitely been the most difficult to do business with
