As an employer, my experience with this organization has been terrible. While the testing process for candidates has been fine, from the other end its just not worth the aggravation.

Arrived and no other clients were in the business. Filled out paperwork that the receptionist handed to me (but I was obviously disturbing whatever she was busy doing in her phone) and handed back in less than 3 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes while multiple employees walked in and out of the receptionist office discussing paychecks,mileage reimbursements, and various other things. Finally a 5th employee which I had not seen or heard during my 40 minutes of waiting called my name. I was out the door 5 minutes later. I’ve been tested before in busier offices with less employees in less time than it took waiting today. I see why they have such a low rating on google now.

On day 4 trying to get ahold of the lady that does the consortium for dot. Wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t in the middle of an audit. 10/10 would not recommend.

Came from out of state after applying for a job and passing all tests and interviews.Tested for 16 ng/ml for CBD which is a legal over the counter sold substance.I was chastised by staff for using legal over the counter substance and they refuse to distinguish between CBD and THC they even went as far to alter my test stating that my test of 16 ng/ml of CBD was now 116 ng/ml of CBD because the FDA cut off on THC is 20-50 ng/ml.I talked with all the staff I could trying to understand why they were lying to me and telling me different test results as well as refusing to differentiate between the 2 substances.They refused any medical documentation that was not Arkansas state and flat out refused to speak with Occupational Medicine or any expert in the field.I personally hope no one else has to deal with this absolutely ridiculous people.

Staff is cold shouldered and will not make you feel welcome or make your drug testing experience a good one at all!!
