“I love this place. If you're considering metro, GO TO THE JOHNSON STORE!!!! Every single time I visit the Johnson store, I receive great service and most importantly, great value for my money. The Johnson store has never tried to scam me or force me to purchase accessories that I never asked for. At the Nettleton store, they'll tell you a phone case and screen protecter is included in the price of the phone but make sure you get that receipt so you can see how they charged you an extra $32 for each one. ONE phone (a free one, mind you) and one new line would've costed me over $220 at the Nettleton store because they try to scam people. The Johnson store has NEVER done me wrong and I'll keep coming back every single time I need a phone, I won't go anywhere else. I think the lady who usually helps me is named Mel? But I can't remember lol she's always AMAZING and looks out for her customers instead of trying to figure out ways to sneak in commission sales like the Nettleton store does. She's honest about pricing and always tries to help you get the best deal she possibly can. If she ever quits that job, I'll never step foot into a metropcs store again in my life. LOVE HER!!!”

AND not once have I been stopped for an unconstitutional receipt check by any associate. The store is always clean and well-staffed and organized. “Neha Wireless got rid of a nasty virus from my Samsung after I clicked on something I wasn't supposed to. Two days later while trying to install an app, Idk what happened, but my phone went weird, appearances changed, things went missing, and anxiety set in. I again took it to Neha. Both times, it took less than 3 hours to repair, and continues to be working fine. Idk what the going rate is, but the amount I paid was well worth getting phone back to normal and lessening my anxiety. I would recommend. Thanks, guys.”
