He listened to what my needs were and any questions I had he wa able to do exactly what I asked and was never once pushy and so very personable which made me actually enjoy coming in to pay my bill ? Thank you Garrett for not only being good at your job but a genuine pleasant young man that I had the pleasure of meeting!!! “I’m torn between giving 1 star and 5. I purchased a phone online and went to store to pickup. Somewhat disappointed in the level of service that I received on this initial visit. Just handed me the phone and walked away. Ok then. Took the phone home , went through the process to activate. Nothing. Would not activate. Waited several hours . Reset many times. Finally I carried back up to the store. Once there I met Terence. He came right up and inquired how he could help. I explained the situation and he went right to work. Within 10 minutes he had it working. He admitted that who helped me before had never completed the transaction or marked it to where I had picked up. 10 stars for Terence.I hope they appreciate the excellent job he does.”
