“I went in for my first time recently for some new boots and wasn't really sure where to begin since it's been so long since I've gotten boots. This very nice lady helped point me in the right direction and she even came to the boot section with me to help. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and so on, and she started pulling boots for me to try on. Before I knew it, I had found the pair I loved and it wasn't even what I thought I would get. She was very helpful and without her guidance I probably would've never found the right ones. This place has great staff that will help you with anything you need, whether it's boots or hat fittings or anything in-between. I highly recommend this store for your western needs”

“My old sport coat did not fit anymore. This is a good thing.I went to this location just after New Year's.Possible mistake on my part.Expecting a very low selection, my expectations were wrong.My receipt printed a little faded.The lady that helped me was not the manager.It was the young lady in a dress. Warm and professional.She helped me with several jackets.I settled on the Joseph Abboud heritage Navy. 100% wool.Thank you for your help and patience.It was more than I planned on spending.But the cut, for, look, staff and atmosphere put me at ease.Thank you for a great experience.Josh”

I went today to get a cut and color to cover up the ignored grays and a lightener because I have always had very dark hair and it accentuates the gray. Not only did my stylist do a terrific job she also suggested the best way to maintain without so much time spent maintaining. She explained everything she was doing and why which I appreciated.
