I only got gas but it was easy and they have 88octane fuel as an option.

I had a wonderful experience the coffee was very hot the staff was friendly and kind the place was clean and the guy was busy tidying up march 1st 12 pm i had a coffee and he let me linger for a moment while i (an out of towner) got to my location. The first positive experience i had.

Apparently, employees can just vape their brains out while they ring you up. I went up to the counter to check out and a guy named Brandon came out of the back area puffing out from a vape. I wasn’t sure if I really saw what I saw at first, but the dude proceeded to just take a big old drag off of a vape while ringing me up. That’s so ridiculously unprofessional. What the heck?!

Came to Jonesboro for a business meeting and stopped at this place for one item. As I stood at the checkout counter while no one helped me or even greeted me, another customer walks over to the counter (next to me) asking for change. I young girl with bright red hair and another girl behind the counter (to her right) with her immediately began helping this lady as if I was invisible. When I held my item out for the cashier to scan, she refused, stared me down and said "Umm, she was here first, you'll have to wait!" I then replied "well I was actually standing here first but fine". She rolled her eyes and continued talking to the other lady and her co worker as I stood there waiting. The co worker was rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath smart remarks the entire time. I am a paying customer- did not get a "thank you" or even basic human decency. These girls were extremely rude and downright nasty. Bad for business!

I'm visiting AR due to work travel. I had stopped at a different location a few weeks ago, which was just a crusty gas station store. Dirty, old coffee, nothing like the photos (which was mostly not even taken at that particular location). I was totally unimpressed and said I'd never go to any other location.Well, now I am in jonesboro for work. I visited this location out of necessity, being the only store by me that is open at 4 AM. I was actually impressed with this location. It looks like the photos. Nice and clean, single serve coffee machines, fresh food, etc. This is the only gas station store I've found like this in AR, other than Loves and Flying J, which are far and few. I'm used to stores like Wawa, Racetrac, etc. This kum&go location is definitely a worthy competitor, for sure. I've visited twice now, and will definitely be going back for the rest of my stay here, and i will visit the one at my next location, hopefully its a nice one like this.I would've given 5 stars if the cashiers actually acted like they wanted to be there, especially the one that just helped me a few hours ago. It was like I was bothering her. Not very welcoming, not very friendly, just plain monotoneÿ. And then I literally had to flip the credit card machine around to show her it was waiting on HER, not me, as she was impatiently waiting on ME.

Old lady or man what ever it is that always has a mad face, stared down my 12 year old daughter for no reason to the point of making her extremely uncomfortable, she said never wants to go back to this store !! That person does need to smile more, ive always wanted to say to this person please smile it's not that bad!

This particular station was demolished and then rebuilt and then reopened not too long ago. The new store is much cleaner and nicer than the old one and offers much more in terms of the fresh cooked food that is available to patrons. They still have the usual snacks, drinks, etc. that you find at typical gas stations. They offer 4 different types of fuel here too, the regular gasoline products, diesel, and flex fuels, both E-15 and E-85. It can get busy during peak times but still isn't too bad. Overall, not a bad gas station.

Walk there and set at the booth tables and was told I couldn't do that because it was considered soliciting. I didn't understand how if I had made purchases the same visit.
